Pricing Questions

Is the Free plan really free forever?

Yes. The Free plan is completely free with no time limit, no trial period, and no credit card required. Safe to Spend, quotes, invoicing, receipt filing, your customer database and VAT threshold alerts are all included — we will never retroactively charge for features currently in the free tier.

What's the difference between Free and Pro?

Pro removes the 10-jobs-a-month limit and unlocks getting paid on the spot — Pay Now via QR code, email link or on-device checkout, bank details on your invoices, an extra seat and priority support. Everything in the Free plan comes with it.

Can I switch between plans?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. No contracts, no lock-ins. Your data stays with you regardless of which plan you're on.

What happens to my data if I stop using ForgeDash?

Your data is always yours. You can export everything at any time. If you close your account, we'll let you download a full export before deletion.

Is VAT included in these prices?

There is no VAT to include. ForgeDash is not currently VAT registered, so the price you see is the whole price and no VAT is charged on it. If we register for VAT in future — we would have to once we pass the £90,000 threshold, the same one ForgeDash watches for you — VAT would be added at the prevailing rate, and we'll tell you before it appears on a bill.
